Customers have the option to cancel their orders prior to the moment when the package is handed over to the courier for shipping. This means that if you have placed an order but have not yet seen any shipping confirmation or tracking information, you can still cancel that order without any issues.
However, once the package has been shipped, the cancellation policy changes significantly. In such cases, we are unable to process cancellation requests. This is to ensure that the shipping process is efficient and that items are delivered in a timely manner. Therefore, it is important to make any cancellation requests as early as possible.
There are exceptions to this rule. If you experience an unusually long delay in receiving your order—specifically, if the delivery takes longer than one week for domestic shipments or more than one month for international shipments—you may be eligible to cancel your order. This policy is in place to accommodate unforeseen delays and ensure customer satisfaction, allowing you to make decisions based on the service you receive.
