Where to track my order ?

1. Find Your Order ID on Madison's Website:

• Check Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order, Madison's should have sent you a confirmation email. Your Order ID will likely be in this email.
• Log In to Your Account: If you created an account on Madison's website, log in and go to your order history or order details. You should find your Order ID there.
• Check Shipping Notification Email: Once your order ships, you might receive another email with shipping information. This email may contain both your Order ID and a separate tracking number.

2. Identify the Courier:

• The shipping notification email from Madison's will usually mention the courier service they are using to ship your order (e.g., USPS, DHL, Kerry Express).

3. Download the Courier's App:

• Go to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Search for the official app of the courier identified in the previous step (e.g., "USPS Mobile," "DHL Express Mobile," "Kerry Express").
• Download and install the app.

4. Open the App and Track:

• Open the courier's app.

• Look for a "Track" or "Tracking" section (may be on the main screen or in a menu).

• Enter Your Tracking Number: You will need the tracking number, not necessarily the Order ID from Madison's. The courier's app primarily uses their specific tracking number.

  • If you found a tracking number in the shipping notification email, use that.
  • If you only have the Order ID:
    • Some courier apps might have an option to track using a reference number or order ID, but this is less common. Look for such an option if available.
    • The best approach is to find the tracking number. You may need to:
      • Check your Madison's account again for a tracking update.
